Our commitment
Accessibility
We hold every page to WCAG 2.2 Level AA — the marketing site and the signed-in dashboards alike. Contrast is verified against our design tokens automatically, not judged by eye, and the flows we test by hand every release are receipt upload, booking, and receipt verification.
The standard we hold to
WCAG 2.2 Level AA, across the marketing site and every signed-in view. We extend it to the dashboards deliberately rather than stopping at the public pages, for two practical reasons: our coaches are senior executives, a group where presbyopia and reduced fine motor control are common and unremarkable; and receipt upload happens on a phone, one-handed, often in poor light, right after a session — roughly a worst-case interaction context, and designing for it improves the flow for everybody.
What that means in practice
- Everything is operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator that is never removed.
- Colour never carries meaning on its own — status is always colour plus an icon or words.
- Text resizes to 200% without losing content or forcing horizontal scrolling.
- Every form control has a visible, permanent label. We never use a placeholder as a label.
- Touch targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels.
- Animation respects your operating system's reduced-motion setting.
- The diagram explaining how coaching and giving work carries the full five-step model in text, so it is not the one thing on the site a screen reader user cannot get.
How we check
Automated accessibility checks run on every page in our build, and contrast is verified against the design tokens directly rather than judged by eye. Automated tooling catches perhaps a third of real problems, so it is a floor rather than a pass — every release also gets a manual keyboard pass, a screen reader pass, a 200% zoom check, and one-handed mobile use of the three flows where a failure would matter most.
What we know is not right yet
- The site has not yet been tested end to end with a screen reader by someone who uses one daily. We are arranging that.
- The dashboards are not built yet, so the commitments above are stated for them rather than verified.
- Content is available in English only. The site is structured so translation remains possible later.
