Coach an emerging leader
You give the thing you have more of than money: judgement earned over a career. It costs you time, which is the scarcer part — so here is exactly what it involves before you decide.
What you would be taking on
About 10 sessions over 5 months
Plus a free 30-minute Meet & Greet before either of you commits to anything.
Training before your first match
Every coach completes training in Dr. Martin Seldman's framework, so the experience does not vary by coach.
You set your own availability
You publish the slots that work for you. Nobody books outside them, and you decide how many people you take on.
You are never paid, and never asked to give
Your contribution is the time. The person you coach gives directly to a nonprofit partner, and that is between them and the partner.
How applying works

Step 1:Sign in with Google. We ask for your name and email address, and nothing else.

Step 2:Fill in the application: your background, your availability, and the areas you can help with.

Step 3:We review it. Every coach is vetted before approval, and we will tell you either way.

Step 4:If approved, you complete the methodology training and we match you.
Before you sign in
We use Google to sign you in, so there is no password for you to create and none for us to store. From Google we receive your name, your email address, and your profile photo — nothing more.
- We do not ask for access to your calendar at this stage.
- If you are later approved and want us to generate meeting links, we will ask for calendar access then, explain why in our own words first, and you can disconnect it yourself at any time.
- If your application is not accepted, we keep the record and tell you plainly.
