What this service is

GrowForward Circle matches emerging leaders with experienced executive coaches who volunteer their time, and keeps a record of the coaching and the donations that follow it.

We are not a party to any donation. We facilitate the match and verify the receipt. The money moves between you and the nonprofit partner you choose, on their systems.

Donations

Donations to our nonprofit partners are made on the partner’s own site, under their terms, and are subject to their receipting and tax treatment rather than ours. We have no payment integration in that path at all.

Giving is never a condition of receiving coaching. Sessions are not gated on donations, nothing is withheld if you have not given, and we have no claim on any amount.

Contributions to our Operations Fund are separate, are received by GrowForward, and are never mixed with partner donations. They are processed by a third-party hosted checkout provider; we do not handle card details.

Your account

Accounts are created through Google sign-in and require approval by an administrator before you can use the service. We may decline an application, and we will tell you if we do.

You are responsible for the security of the Google account you sign in with. We may suspend an account that is being used to harm someone, and suspension takes effect immediately.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to store and display it to the people the service is designed to show it to — your coach, the person you coach, or an administrator, depending on where you wrote it.

A published coach profile is displayed publicly, and you choose whether to publish one.

Concerns and safety

You can report a concern from any page once signed in. Reports go only to designated administrators, and the person a report is about is not notified that it exists.

If you include messages with a report, only the messages you selected are shared.

Availability

The service runs on a small, deliberately inexpensive infrastructure and does not have redundant hosting. It can be unavailable, and we make no uptime commitment.

We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue something that holds your data, we will tell you before it goes.

Coaching offered here is career and leadership coaching. It is not legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice, and it does not create a professional or fiduciary relationship between you and your coach or between you and GrowForward Circle.

Governing law

Governing law and jurisdiction are being settled with counsel and will be stated here.
