Five steps. Nothing hidden in between them.
How GrowForward Circle works, in five steps. Step 1: You are matched with a coach. An emerging leader is matched with an experienced executive coach, chosen for fit rather than availability. Step 2: You meet for a free 30-minute Meet & Greet. No donation, no commitment. Either side can decide it is not the right fit, and that is a normal outcome — we will match you with someone else. Step 3: Coaching begins. If you both want to continue, the engagement runs about 10 sessions over roughly 5 months. Step 4: You give directly to a nonprofit partner. You choose one of three partners and donate to them, reflecting the sessions you have held. The money goes from you to them. It never passes through GrowForward. Step 5: You upload the receipt. We verify it and reflect it in our aggregate impact figures. Your name and your amount stay between you and the partner. 100% of your donation goes directly to the partner you choose. GrowForward never receives, holds, or processes these funds.

Giving is never a condition of continuing
Sessions are not gated on giving. There is no threshold to clear before your next session, no paperwork to settle, and nothing that stops working if you have not given yet — because GrowForward has no claim on your gift and never will.
The relationship is built on trust. What the platform does is keep both people informed of where things stand: your coach can see the same progress view you can, and neither version is private from the other. That is the whole mechanism.
If your circumstances change, tell your coach. Nobody at GrowForward will chase you, and nothing will be withdrawn.
On the first 30 minutes
The Meet & Greet is free, and declining is normal
The first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Either side can say it is not the right fit afterwards, and either side saying so is a success of the process rather than a failure of a person — a coaching relationship that would not have worked is better identified in thirty minutes than in five months.
Nobody is told who declined. If it does not go ahead, we match you with another coach from your preferences, and you keep going from there.
So there is no ambiguity

One goes to a partner and never touches us. The other funds our own operations. They are never mixed.

Founding Donors cover what it costs to run GrowForward — the software, the legal work, the administration — so that the coaching stays free and the partner donations stay whole.
Ready when you are
Coaching places are filled by invitation. If you are an experienced executive who wants to coach, you can apply directly.
